Terms of order and payment for the entrance tickets.
1. Please carefully read the Terms of the User Agreement before ordering the tickets.
2. You can purchase no more than 5 tickets with a single order.
3. Choose the date of your visit to the museum, category and number of tickets;
Please, pay your attention that the tickets for the welfare beneficiaries, as well as the season tickets, may be purchased only at the ticket offices of the museum.
4.Provide the telephone contact number and email address for communication. Click the "Order" button.
By clicking the "Order" button, you agree to the Terms of the User Agreement.
The letter with the order number will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you.
The order will be cancelled if not paid for within 1 (one) hour.
5. The electronic cheque (Voucher) for the payment with the status "NOT PAID" will be presented on the website after the order confirmation.
After activating the "Make Payment " button, you will be redirected to a secure payment page, where you will be asked to enter your payment details.
After successful payment, the electronic check (Voucher) will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you with the necessary information regarding the order and method of payment, with the status "PAID";
6. After the successful payment for the order, it is mandatory to print out the electronic ticket, using the link provided in the letter.
7. Tickets which were paid for, but not claimed on the day of the visit, will be considered sold, the funds received for them will not be returned;
8. The electronic ticket must be presented at the entrance to the museum in the printed –out form or on the electronic device.
9. It is possible to receive tickets without a Voucher, please show your order number at the ticket office and present the document in the name of the person registered at the time of making the order.
10.The receipt of the tickets is carried out in full at the ticket –office of the museum   according to the order, the partial receipt of the order is not possible.

Payment of the order
Payment of the Order is carried out by the bank cards of the international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, the national payment system "MIR", and is provided by the processing center Uniteller, www.uniteller.ru. The Customer has the right to refuse the unpaid order at any time prior to the final confirmation of the order and the execution of payment.
To pay for the order with a bank card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Uniteller, where you will have to enter your bank card details (VISA or MasterCard).
After the successful payment, the Voucher (electronic cheque) will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you with the necessary information on the order and the method of payment.
If you have successfully paid for the order but did not receive the Voucher, you should receive the tickets on the day of the visit using the order number.
Safety assurance
The security of the processing by Uniteller is confirmed by the certificate of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The service security is provided by the intelligent system for the monitoring of the fraudulent transactions, by using 3D Secure – the advanced technology to ensure the security of the internet payments.
Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. The information transmission to the processing center of Uniteller is done by using the SSL encryption technology.
Further information transmission is carried out via the closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability. Uniteller does not transmit your card details to the shop and other third parties.
If your card supports 3D Secure technology, to make payment you will need to go through the additional user verification at the emitting bank (the bank that has issued the card). To do so, you will be redirected to the bank’s webpage which issued your card.
Type of verification depends on the bank - usually it is the additional password which is sent to you by SMS, variable codes, or some other methods.

Ticket Refund Policy
The refund is made on the basis of the Customer's request, under the terms of the User Agreement. In order to get refund it is necessary to fill in the refund application and forward it to the e-mail address bilet@grandmaket.ru or to send the  request to the email address bilet@grandmaket.ru with the mandatory indication of the following data: name of the customer, date and number of the order, phone and e-mail address, the last 4 digits of the card which was used to pay the order. Refund requests are processed on the working days from 10 AM to 5 PM Moscow time. An application for a Refund sent later than 17:00 hours of the current day is considered on  the next business day.
Tickets can be returned no later than 1 day prior the date of the visit to the museum. Partial refund of the order is not possible.
The refund is made to the Customer's Bank Card which was used to fulfil the payment , within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the refund application to the e-mail address.
If for any reason the Customer has not received the tickets using the voucher at the ticket office of the museum on the day of the visit or has not activated the electronic ticket at the ticket control, then this event is a sufficient reason for the museum to terminate its obligations under the User Agreement unilaterally and to consider its obligations to the Customer executed in full.
